vendor information

All vendors will be required to sign a liability waiver on the day of the show taking full responsibility for everything they bring and sell at the show. All vendors must have a retail sales certificate. Vendors are responsible for their animals!

All animals must be healthy and acclimated. Any sick or questionable animals will be asked to be removed. All animals must be in appropriate, clean, and humane containers.

No endangered, protected, or native Pennsylvania species allowed. PA Wildlife and Fish control will mostly likely attend, and it is your responsibility as the seller to know what you are selling. 

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture requires all reptile and amphibian dealers and propagates to be licensed through them.

Venomous animals must be sold in the containers that they are displayed in. At no time should these containers be opened. All containers must be sealed with tape and that seal is not to be broken until the animal has left the property. 

All venomous animals on display have to have a red warning label to indicate that they are venomous. 

Any purchased venomous animal must leave the property immediately. No customer is allowed to walk around with a venomous animal. The vendor may hold the purchased animal until the customer is ready to leave. 

All vendors must properly explain and teach the customer about the dangers of the venomous animal.

Venomous animals may only be sold to someone over the age of 21.

These rules are here to help the seller, buyer, and property owner to ensure that everyone stays safe. These rules will be enforced and there is no flexibility.

MARCH 2025 SHOW SOLD OUT

Each table cost $35 for 5 feet. There is a 30ft limit per vendor, unless discussed with NEPA Reptile Expo prior.  Vendors should arrive anytime between 6:00AM - 9:00AM for set up on Sunday. Email us at nepareptileexpo@gmail.com to ask about setting up on Saturday night. Vendors will use the back entrance to the hotel to bring in larger items and use an elevator to bring it to the second floor. Only one large elevator to use so the earlier the better. There are two guest elevators located in the front of the hotel to carry smaller items in.

Table purchases are non-refundable and vendor acceptance or denial is up to NEPA Reptile Expo. All items must be reptiles or reptile supplies, we will not be accepting tables that are unrelated to reptiles. Vendor MUST list what they are bringing and if they are table sharing. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave at the show.
